We work according to BSI guidelines at our secure premises, which are monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV cameras and security personal.

At DocuLand we recognize that every company has it’s own ways of working with documents and therefore its own requirements for their electronic archiving and the capture of data they contain for indexing; therefore we have developed a methodology of working which allows us to adopt flexible approach to scanning and indexing your documents to meet your needs whilst ensuring the highest standards in security, quality, accuracy and audit ability.

We will work to your existing specifications and depending on your requirements and decision, we are able to offer alternative ways of executing your projects no matter how small or big they are. Our aim is to cause minimal disruption to you and your ongoing business. So if you need to access your original documents while they are at our premises, we will fax or e-mail them to you, or deliver an original document within 8 hours notice.
